An array of vegetables in a rich coconut curry with lemongrass, ginger, garlic, and cilantro.  Served over rice.

A traditional West African dish of organic Colorado lamb, tomato, onion, carrot, potato, peanuts, and various chiles.

Served over rice and topped with toasted peanuts and parsley.

Grilled chicken thighs with a sweet and spicy tamarind sauce served over rice with a side of sautéed vegetables

Chicken thighs braised in a smoky and sweet traditional mole sauce comprised of blended almonds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, corn tortillas, tomatillos, onion, garlic, dark chocolate, and warming freshly ground spices.

Served over rice with a side of sautéed vegetables.

Fresh organic spinach sautéed in a blend of flavorful Indian spices with chunks of paneer (Indian cheese) and toasted pine nuts.

Black beans simmered with guajillo chile, tomato, red onion, fresh garlic, cumin, coriander, and oregano.  Served over rice.

Try it with a side of delicious organic sautéed veggies for $3!

We use organic produce and support local farmers and businesses whenever possible.  All of our cheese is RGBH free and all of our meats are free of nitrates, hormones, and antibiotics.  We do not use artificial colors, flavors, unnecessary animal by-products or preservatives.
